~General Rules~
Rules marked in Blue Text will count as a 50% warning.
Rules marking in Red Text will count as an Instant Ban.
1) No Spamming the Shoutbox, Threads, or Boards.
a. This means no sort of double-posting (unless your bumping your own thread/update news) or creating more than one thread for the same topic in the same board. As for the shoutbox, no posting over three times in a row.
2) No Impersonating Staff
a. This includes changing your display name to that of a staff member, and/or matching their profiles.
3) English Only!
a. Zolbana is an English RolePlay site, keep it so that everyone can read what your saying.
4) Keep Text Talk Limited
5) Be respectful towards Members and Staff.
a. Respect you fellow members and listen to the staff if they ask you to do something. It's the only way you'll get respect back in the community.
6) No Mini-Modding
a. Don't go around telling people what to do or telling them that what they did was wrong. Leave the staff to do their jobs.
7) Cussing is allowed, but keep it to a minimal in certain boards.
a. You are allowed minimal swearing in the Chat section of the site, but KEEP IT MINIMAL! We may have younger people here.
b. In the 'Mature' and 'Restricted' RolePlay threads, go ahead and go all out-- we could care less if you fill up your character's dialog with swear words.
8) Keep Signature Sizes to a reasonable size.
9) You MUST be 13+ in order to be able to join Zolbana.
10) Do not bring up trigger words! Words such as...
11) If you have a Question, don't post it in the ShoutBox if it requires explanation. Post it in the Help board instead.
12) No Asking to be Staff.
13) No Personal Subjects.
a. This includes Political and Religious topics-- These will be immediately stopped.
~RolePlay Rules~

1) Stay Literate!
a. This meaning keep your post with at least some length and detail. But we all understand Writers Block!
2) Stay In-Character.
a. No Out Of Character posting will be allowed in a RolePlay thread unless you are the creator posting a Creator's Note.
3) No PowerPlaying/Godmodding
a. Things such as 'he gets a sword and stabs her, killing her instantly!' will not be tolerated.
b. PowerPlaying may be bypassed on the type of RolePlay the creator decide to make.
4) No more than hosting 4 RolePlays at a time.
a. This meaning you cannot 'Host'/Create more than Four Roleplays at once; I you have exceeded the limit and wish to create another, we will have auditions up.
Note: you will have to prove activity before your +1 audition is accepted!
5) Character Limit
a. You can have Unlimited characters; however the limit per roleplay is 4 characters in one RolePlay at a time.
6) Put your RolePlay in the proper Category.
a. We have younger viewers who do not want to come across a Restricted RolePlay in the PG 13 section. You need to make 100 sure your posting it correctly, otherwise staff will move it for you.
7) No battles/killing unless the other person agrees.
a. In other words, do not spark a fit between two characters unless both the players agree.
b. Also, no killing another person's character without their permission first!
8) (Restricted Board) No Sexual Content between two characters (or more, whatever floats your boat) unless you and the other person are comfortable with it and agree on it.
